A Tribute to Nana
While going through a google search I was happily surprised to see pictures of my Father,Late Madhusudan(Nanasaheb)Atmaram Vairale. The title of the blog 'Smrutibimb' is a word coined by me many years ago. This happened when I was searching for a theme for an exhibition I wanted to hold at Akola ,my native place on the occasion of my father's birth anniversary.I wanted to show the citizens of Akola what my father was by way of photographs which I have preserved throught he years gone by.The title means very simply the "reflection of memories". These two pictures have now rekindled the thought of putting in front of the world ,my father ,in pictures... These pictures are not my possession but go to show the varied fields and vastness of work and people he was connected to and involved with during his life. I am sure if there are any more contributions apart from those with me, will be shared here on this blog.
